SMIT 2012 Conference registration is open

The registration is mandatory previous to the participation. All entries must be written in English and will be checked and validated before being included into the list of participants. If information is missing or unclear the Technical Secretariat will contact the participant.

Regular registration: From 19th June to 20th September 2012
Last day registration: 22nd September 2012


You can register for the conference on-site. It is required payment in full on-site before you are issued with a delegate/exhibitor/sponsor pass, as well as the registration form filled.
To register on-site simply turn up at the venue during registration opening hours and visit the registration desk. The organization cannot ensure the issue invoices for on-site registration during the conference. Any invoice for an on-site registrations will be send at latest after the conference.

Early-bird and regular registrations:

The organization cannot accept registration fees payment by bank check. All the payments for the registration fees must be done by credit card or by bank transfer.

If you require an invoice, you must supply the correct contact details during the registration process, by filling it into the registration form. Please note that all registration fees must be paid in full before entry to the conference.

On-site registration:

The organization accepts the registration fees payment in cash, by credit card or bank transfer.
The organization cannot ensure the issue invoices for on-site registration. Any invoice for the on-site registrations will be send at latest after the conference.
